What you need to know
In accordance with the provisions of Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code, except in cases of force majeure, in the event of failure by the Company to fulfill its delivery obligation within the period stipulated in the Order Form, the Customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on a durable medium if, after having formally requested the Company to make the delivery using the same methods, the latter has not complied within this period.
The Order is considered cancelled upon receipt of the withdrawal slip, which must be sent by registered letter, attached to the Order informing the customer of this cancellation, unless the Company has delivered the Vehicle within this period.
If the customer refuses delivery and wishes to withdraw from the contract, they must complete the withdrawal form provided and immediately hand it directly to the delivery company. The provisions of the "Right of Withdrawal" section apply to this article.
The Customer will have fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the Vehicle to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Customers wishing to cancel their order must send the Company the completed withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation within the aforementioned timeframe. Customers must be able to provide proof that they have exercised their right of withdrawal.

The Customer who exercises their right of withdrawal must return, at the same time as the Vehicle is taken back, all the documents and accessories that were given to them at the time of delivery of the Vehicle and listed on the delivery report.
The Company collects the Vehicle that has been subject to a withdrawal at the place where the Vehicle was delivered.
The Company will then inspect the Vehicle and draw up a vehicle inspection report. The vehicle inspection will be based on the vehicle condition documents provided to the Customer at the time of ordering and on the delivery report.
In the event of withdrawal and in accordance with Article L121-17 of the Consumer Code, the company will bear all costs related to the return of the Vehicle.
In the event of cancellation, the return of the Vehicle by the Customer must take place no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the Vehicle.
It is noted that all the provisions relating to this article do not apply to legal persons as well as to natural persons who act within the framework of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity.
Exercising the right of withdrawal under the conditions defined above will result in the reimbursement of the sums paid by the Customer under the Order Form, (hereinafter the "Reimbursement") within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal form.
The refund following the cancellation of the Order will be made by bank transfer or check, which the Customer accepts.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity.
The Company is required to deliver goods that conform to the Contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.
In the event of non-conformity, the Company chooses between repair and replacement of the goods.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the Company is bound by the legal guarantee for hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish this use to such an extent that the Client would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known of them.
It is not possible to view or test drive the vehicle before ordering it. This is an online purchase. Transporting the vehicle anywhere in France without a purchase commitment is not possible. However, on our website, we have provided you with as much information as possible about the vehicle to help you make your decision under the best conditions. You also have a 14-day money-back guarantee during which you can choose to return the vehicle if it does not meet your expectations.
The photos are taken after the vehicle has been prepared. We want to show you all the exterior and interior details of the vehicle.
